ACS Technologies Files FY26 Annual Report and AGM Notice

ACS Technologies Ltd has submitted its Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, in compliance with Regulation 34(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The report includes the Notice of the 33rd Annual General Meeting. Key financial highlights for FY25-26 show consolidated revenue of ₹264.42 Cr, a 108% year-on-year increase, and consolidated net profit of ₹8.52 Cr, up 61% YoY. Standalone revenue grew 52.5% YoY to ₹170.75 Cr, with standalone net profit up 61% YoY to ₹7.38 Cr.
