Adani Energy Solutions Delivers Strong Q3 and 9M FY26 Performance

Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) has announced its financial and operational performance for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a robust growth in total income, EBITDA, and profit before tax. The total income grew by 15.7% YoY to Rs 6,945 crore in Q3FY26 and by 16.2% YoY to Rs 20,737 crore in 9MFY26. The EBITDA for Q3FY26 stood at Rs 2,210 crore, up 20.7% YoY, and for 9MFY26, it was at Rs 6,354 crore, up 15.9% YoY. The profit before tax for 9MFY26 was up 37.3% YoY to Rs 2,205 crore. AESL has commissioned four transmission projects and installed 61.2 lakh new smart meters in 9MFY26. The company's aggregate transmission under construction pipeline stands at Rs 77,787 crore and the smart metering orderbook is at 2.46 crore meters with a revenue potential of Rs 29,519 crore.
