Adani Energy Solutions Ltd Acquires Progressive Grid Networks Limited in Kenya

Adani Energy Solutions Ltd (AESL) has announced the acquisition of Progressive Grid Networks Limited (PGNL) in Kenya. PGNL, a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Energy Solutions Global Limited., UAE, was incorporated on 7th November, 2024. The acquisition is aimed at exploring new opportunities in power transmission projects in Kenya. The initial share capital of PGNL is KES 10,00,00,000 divided into 1,00,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of KES 1,000 each. Adani Energy Solutions Ltd has acquired 100% shareholding of PGNL. The acquired entity, PGNL, is yet to commence business operations.
