Adani Enterprises Announces Formation of Joint Venture, King Power Ospree PTE. Ltd, in Singapore

Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL) announced the incorporation of a new joint venture, King Power Ospree PTE. Ltd, in Singapore by its step-down subsidiary, Mumbai Travel Retail Private Limited (MTRPL). The new JV, which is yet to commence operations, is being established with KING Power international Pte. Ltd, Singapore. AEL will hold 50% of the share capital of the JV. The acquisition is not related to a party transaction and no regulatory approvals apart from incorporation have been mentioned.
