Adani Enterprises Ltd Approves Early Full Redemption of Unlisted NCDs

Adani Enterprises Ltd has announced the early redemption of unlisted, secured, unrated, redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of INR 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) each. The decision was made in a meeting of the Management Committee of the Board of Directors held on March 24, 2026. The NCDs with ISIN No. INE423A07294 and INE423A07302, amounting to INR 1250,00,00,000 and INR 700,00,00,000 respectively, were issued on private placement basis on 11.07.2023 and 11.10.2023. The Company has made payment of due consideration today i.e. on 25th March 2026 as agreed with concerned debenture holders and the debenture trustee.
