Adani Green Energy Subsidiary Signs 400 MW Solar Power PPA with Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation

Adani Green Energy Sixty Nine Limited, a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of Adani Green Energy Ltd, has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL). The PPA is for the supply of 400 MW solar power from a grid-connected solar PV power project to be developed in the state of Rajasthan. The agreement was executed on May 3, 2025, following an earlier intimation dated March 28, 2025.
