Adani Power Board Meeting July 22 for Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results

Adani Power Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on July 22, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, both standalone and consolidated. In line with SEBI regulations, the trading window for company securities will be closed from July 1, 2026, and will reopen on July 25, 2026. The company will also host an investor/analyst call on July 23, 2026, to discuss the financial performance and business outlook for the quarter.
