Adani Power Signs 1600 MW Power Supply Deal with MSEDCL

Adani Power Limited (APL) has entered into a 25-year Power Supply Agreement (PSA) with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) to supply 1600 MW of thermal power. This power will be generated from a new 2x800 MW Ultra-Supercritical Thermal power plant to be established on a Design, Build, Finance, Own & Operate (DBFOO) basis. The coal linkage for the plant has been secured under the Government of India's SHAKTI Policy. This agreement marks a significant long-term commitment for Adani Power in the power sector.
