Adani Total Gas Appoints Preyash Jhaveri as CFO

Adani Total Gas Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Preyash Jhaveri as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). The decision was approved by the Board of Directors on September 3, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Jhaveri, who has been serving as the Interim CFO since December 2025, brings over 30 years of experience in finance, including expertise in financial planning, regulatory compliance, and strategic value creation. His appointment is effective from September 3, 2026. The company also updated its list of authorized KMPs for stock exchange disclosures.
