AWL Agri Business to market and distribute 'Madhur' sugar brand

AWL Agri Business Limited (formerly Adani Wilmar Limited) has entered into definitive agreements with Shree Renuka Sugars Limited (SRSL) for the supply, marketing, and distribution of refined sugar under the "Madhur" brand. Effective July 1, 2026, SRSL will continue to manufacture and package the sugar, while AWL will manage its marketing, distribution, logistics, and supply chain through its extensive network. The arrangement includes a Supply Agreement, Brand License Agreement, and Employee Transfer Agreement. This is a related party transaction, as Wilmar International Limited is the ultimate holding company for both AWL and SRSL. AWL anticipates this partnership will expand and strengthen its presence in the branded staples and food FMCG segment.
