
Adani Wilmar Ltd Reports 67% YoY Profit Growth in Q4 FY24, Revenue at INR 51,262 Crores
Adani Wilmar Ltd announced its consolidated and standalone audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2024. The company reported a revenue of INR 13,238 crores in Q4’24, and a profit after tax (PAT) of INR 157 crores. The Food & FMCG segment surpassed 1 million MT in sales volume and reached nearly INR 5,000 Crores in FY’24. The company's market share in key products increased, with a 60bps increase in ROCP (Refined Oil Consumer Pack) market share to 19.0% and a 60bps increase in Wheat Flour market share to 5.6%. The HORECA segment achieved INR 400 crores of revenue in FY’24. Adani Wilmar Ltd also reported volume growth in both edible oils and foods businesses due to increased retail penetration. However, the significant decline in the export business of oil meals dragging down overall volume growth to 3% YoY.
