AdaniConneX to Acquire Vizag Mega Data Center for ₹1,085.5 Cr

Adani Enterprises Limited announced that its joint venture, AdaniConneX Private Limited (ACX), has executed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to acquire 100% stake in Vizag Mega Data Center Park Limited (VMDCPL) for a cash consideration of INR 1,085.51 crore. VMDCPL, incorporated in India, is involved in infrastructure development activities and owns a sizable land parcel with key licenses, though it has yet to commence commercial operations. The acquisition is expected to be completed by November 10, 2026. This transaction is not a related party transaction for Adani Enterprises, although the target entity is indirectly controlled by the promoter/promoter group and has been conducted on an arm's length basis.
