Amphenol Corporation Acquires Connectivity and Cable Solutions Segment from CommScope Holding Company, Indirectly Gaining Control Over ADC India Communications Ltd

On January 9, 2026, Amphenol Corporation completed the purchase of the Connectivity and Cable Solutions (CCS) segment from CommScope Holding Company, Inc. This included the acquisition of 100% of the equity interests of CommScope Technologies LLC (CST), which holds 4.54% of the voting share capital of ADC India Communications Limited. CST is part of the 'promoter group' of ADC India Communications Limited. CommScope Connectivity LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CST and the 'promoter' of the company, holds 67.49% of the voting share capital of the company. This acquisition has resulted in Amphenol Corporation gaining control over 72.02% of the voting rights in ADC India Communications Limited.
