ADC India Communications Ltd to hold 38th AGM on Aug 7, 2026

ADC India Communications Ltd announced its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, August 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted virtually via Video Conference (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with MCA and SEBI regulations. The company will present the audited financial statements for the financial year 2025-26, along with the Board of Directors' and Auditors' reports. A dividend of ₹25 per equity share of face value ₹10 is proposed. Additionally, Ms. Lin Xia Smyth, who retires by rotation, is proposed for re-appointment as a Director.
