Adcounty Media Approves Audited FY26 Financial Results

Adcounty Media India Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter, half-year, and financial year ended March 31, 2026. M/s Amit Ramakant & Co. issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results. The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. PC Modi & Co. as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27 and considered the appointment of Mr. Kumar Saurav as Whole-time director and Mr. Prateek Bhansali as an Independent Director via postal ballot.
