Adcounty Media: Audited FY26 Results Approved

Adcounty Media India Ltd. announced the approval of audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter, half year, and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. PC Modi & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27 and considered the appointment of Mr. Kumar Saurav and Mr. Prateek Bhansali as Whole-time and Independent Directors, respectively. The auditors, M/s Amit Ramakant & Co., issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results.
