Add-Shop ERetail Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insiders

Add-Shop ERetail Ltd, in accordance with Clause 4 of Schedule B of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Practices, Procedure and Conduct, has announced the closure of the trading window for purchasing, selling, or dealing in the company's equity shares. The closure is effective from 1st April, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration and publication of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended on 31st March, 2026. The decision applies to all Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, and Insiders of the company.
