Addi Industries Appoints Rawal & Co. as Secretarial Auditor

Addi Industries Limited announced the appointment of M/S. Rawal & Co. as its Secretarial Auditor for a period of five consecutive years, from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Audit Committee and is subject to shareholder approval. The company also approved the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and fixed the date for its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2026. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing, with a cut-off date of September 23, 2026, for shareholder entitlement and a remote e-voting period from September 27 to September 29, 2026.
