Addi Industries Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Sandeep Mittal as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). The Board of Directors approved his appointment, effective April 22, 2026, following recommendations from the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Mittal is a qualified accounting and legal professional with over 20 years of experience in core financial operations, investment, and financial management. His appointment is in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI Listing Regulations.
