The company has appointed Mr. Amandeep as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. M/s Rawal & Co. (Company Secretaries) and M/s Garg B. Mohan & Co. have been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor and Internal Auditor, respectively, for the FY 2025-26.
