Adf Foods: Final Dividend ₹0.60/Share, Record Date August 5, 2026

Adf Foods Ltd. has announced a final dividend of ₹0.60 per share (30%) on equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for August 12, 2026. The record date for determining shareholders eligible for the dividend is August 5, 2026. The dividend will be paid within 30 days of declaration at the AGM. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 6, 2026, to August 12, 2026, for the purpose of holding the AGM.
