ADF Foods Recommends Final Dividend of ₹0.60 Per Share

The Board of Directors of ADF Foods Limited recommended a final dividend of ₹0.60 per share (30%) on equity shares of face value ₹2 each, subject to shareholder approval at the 36th AGM scheduled for August 12, 2026. The dividend will be paid within 30 days of declaration to shareholders on record as of August 5, 2026. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 6, 2026, to August 12, 2026, for the AGM.
