ADF Foods to hold 36th AGM on Aug 12, 2026; discusses dividend & director re-appointment

ADF Foods Limited announced its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. (IST) via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The notice and Annual Report for FY2025-26 were sent to shareholders electronically on July 17, 2026. Key agenda items for the AGM include the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, and the declaration of a final dividend of ₹0.60 per equity share of face value ₹2/- each for FY2026. Additionally, the re-appointment of Mr. Bimal Thakkar, who retires by rotation, will be considered.
