Adhata Global Approves Audited Results for FY26

Adhata Global Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. They also approved the Director’s Report and Secretarial Audit Report. The 33rd Annual General Meeting is scheduled for July 14, 2026. The board approved the re-appointment of C.K. Chandak & Co. as Statutory Auditor for 4 years and the appointment of FCS Mr. Kamal Kumar Sharma as Secretarial Auditor, both subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, they approved an ordinary resolution for Material Related Party Transactions with M/s. M.V Credit Capital Pvt Ltd.
