Adhata Global Approves FY26 Audited Results, AGM on July 14

Adhata Global Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. They also approved the Director’s Report and Secretarial Audit Report. The 33rd Annual General Meeting is scheduled for July 14, 2026. C.K. Chandak & Co. was re-appointed as Statutory Auditor for four years, and FCS Mr. Kamal Kumar Sharma was appointed as Secretarial Auditor, both subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved an ordinary resolution for material related party transactions with M/s. M.V Credit Capital Pvt Ltd.
