Adhbhut Infrastructure Appoints Vineet Kumar Ojha as Independent Director

Adhbhut Infrastructure Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Vineet Kumar Ojha as a Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointment was approved by shareholders via a special resolution through postal ballot, with notice dated August 9, 2026. Mr. Ojha, aged 31, holds an M.Sc. and possesses experience in finance and general management. He will serve an initial term of five years commencing May 12, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. He is not related to any existing directors or key managerial personnel.
