Adinath Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on 14th February, 2026. The meeting will consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2025. This is in accordance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
