Pine View Sells 3 Lakh Adishakti Loha Shares

Pine View Portfolio Consultants Pvt Ltd has disclosed the sale of 300,000 shares in Adishakti Loha and Ispat Limited. The sales occurred on June 15, 2026 (200,000 shares) and June 16, 2026 (100,000 shares) through open market transactions. Following this disposal, Pine View's shareholding in Adishakti Loha and Ispat Limited has reduced from 2,000,000 shares (15.9% of total equity) to 1,700,000 shares (13.55% of total equity). The total equity share capital of the company remains at 1,25,58,000 shares.
