Aditya Consumer Marketing Ltd to Approve Half-Yearly Unaudited Financial Results on Nov 7, 2025

Aditya Consumer Marketing Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on November 7, 2025, to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2025. The meeting is scheduled in accordance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The company has also announced that its trading window for dealing in securities will be closed from October 1, 2025, till 48 hours after the aforesaid results are made public, in line with its code of conduct to regulate, monitor, and report trading by insiders.
