Trading Window Closure for Aditya Forge Insiders for Q1 2026

Aditya Forge Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the insiders of the company for the quarter ended 31.03.2026. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities. The trading window will be closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration and publication of the audited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. This decision has been made based on the BSE Circular no.
