Aditya Infotech Ltd. Enters MoU with Orient Cables India Limited for Proposed JV and Reports Q3 Results

Aditya Infotech Ltd. has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Orient Cables India Limited for a proposed 50:50 Joint Venture (JV) to manufacture electric cables, including LAN cables and CCTV cables. The JV will be incorporated as a Private Limited Company. The MoU is non-binding and subject to execution of definitive agreement(s) and other necessary approvals. Aditya Infotech Ltd. also reported their unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company's subsidiary, AIL Dixon Technologies Private Limited, plans to establish an in-house manufacturing facility for plastic and metal housing components and related equipment required for CCTV cameras and related products, and to augment capacity at its existing manufacturing plant in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh.
