Aditya Ispat Extends Slump Sale Completion Date to Aug 31

Aditya Ispat Ltd has announced an extension for the completion of its slump sale of the non-alloy steel manufacturing and trading business to Jai Bapji Ispat Private Limited. The original completion date was June 30, 2026, but due to administrative and operational difficulties in pre-closing actions, the new expected completion date is August 31, 2026. This business transfer agreement, involving a related party (Promoter Group Company), was initially agreed upon with an effective date of March 01, 2026.
