Aditya Spinners Ltd has announced its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 17, 2026, at 12:00 Noon via video conferencing (VC)/other audio-visual means (OAVM). The AGM will transact ordinary business, including the adoption of audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and the re-appointment of Smt. Venkata Naga Lalitha Kapilavai as a Director retiring by rotation. Special business includes the re-appointment of Sri Vijayulu Reddy Kaliki as an Independent Director for a term of five years effective November 9, 2026.
