Aditya Spinners Ltd has re-appointed Sri K Vijayulu Reddy Kaliki as an Independent Director for a second tenure of five years, effective from November 9, 2026. This re-appointment, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors, is subject to the approval of the members at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Sri Vijayulu Reddy Kaliki is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 40 years of experience.
