Aditya Vision Appoints M S K A & Associates as Statutory Auditor

Aditya Vision Ltd announced the appointment of M/s M S K A & Associates LLP as its Statutory Auditors for a term of five years, from the conclusion of the 27th AGM until the 32nd AGM in 2031. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. The company also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Nishant Prabhakar as Whole-time Director for five years and appointed M/s D.K. Verma & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. The Board also approved standalone un-audited financial results for Q1 FY27 and the Board's Report for FY26. The 27th AGM is scheduled for September 2, 2026.
