Aditya Vision Appoints New Auditors, Re-appoints Director

Aditya Vision Ltd announced key changes following its Board of Directors meeting on July 31, 2026. The company approved the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. M/s M S K A & Associates LLP has been appointed as the new Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, replacing M/s Nirmal & Associates. Mr. Nishant Prabhakar was re-appointed as Whole-time Director for five years, effective September 22, 2026. The Board also approved the Board's Report for FY26 and announced the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 2, 2026, with August 26, 2026, set as the cut-off date for e-voting. M/s D.K. Verma & Co. was appointed as the Internal Auditor for FY2026-27.
