Adline Chem Lab Ltd Approves Q3 Results, Appoints New Chairman & Managing Director

Adline Chem Lab Ltd has approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter Ended December 31, 2025. The company has also appointed Mr. Vrushank Balkrushna Patel as the Chairman & Managing Director for a period of 5 years commencing from 10th February, 2026. The appointment is subject to the approval of Members of the Company in the ensuing General Meeting of the Company.
