Adline Chem Lab Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on 10.02.2026. The Board approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, and noted the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors. Mr. Vrushank Balkrushna Patel was appointed as the Chairman & Managing Director for a period of 5 years, effective from 10th February, 2026. The Board also took note of the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2025/97 dated July 2, 2025, regarding the Special Window for Re-lodgement of Transfer Requests of Physical Shares.
