Adon Agro Director Re-appointment Subject to Shareholder Approval

Adon Agro Commodities Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Narayanswamy Venkitkrishnan as a Director, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Mr. Venkitkrishnan, the Managing Director, is liable to retire by rotation. The Board also approved the company's Board's Report for FY26 and the notice for the 5th AGM scheduled for October 3, 2026. Additionally, an appointment of a scrutinizer for the e-voting process was approved. Mr. Venkitkrishnan has over 14 years of experience in the commodity market and is married to Executive Director Jigisha Narayanswamy. He is not debarred from holding a director's office.
