Adon Agro enters 5-year leave & license for Navi Mumbai premises

Adon Agro Commodities Limited has entered into a Leave and License Agreement for an industrial premises located at Plot No. A-678, TTC Industrial Area, Mahape, Navi Mumbai. The 600 sq. meter plot will serve as office and research lab premises for the company's business operations. The agreement, with Mr. Subhash Thadomal Khageja and Mr. Thadhomal Santomal Khageja, is for a term of five years, effective from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2031, and includes a two-year lock-in period. The monthly license fee starts at ₹5,50,000 and escalates annually, along with an interest-free refundable security deposit of ₹16,50,000.
