Arvinder Singh Pasricha, along with others, has acquired 5,21,579 equity shares of Ador Multiproducts Ltd, representing 5.45% of the current equity share capital. The total value of the shares acquired is INR 10.44 Million. This acquisition was made through Thrive Future Habitats Infra Private Limited and includes shares from Mrs. Aman Pasricha Balsara, Ms. Zinnia Pasricha, and Mr. Tushar Rohinton Balsara.
