Thrive Future Habitats Board Approves Un-Audited Results, Auditor Changes

Thrive Future Habitats Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on August 5, 2026. The Board approved the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Additionally, the Board approved the convening of the 78th AGM scheduled for September 16, 2026. Significant changes in auditors were also approved: M/s. Praveen & Madan resigned as Statutory Auditors, and M/s. J.C. Bhalla and Co. were appointed to fill the casual vacancy. M/s. Snehal Amol Phirange resigned as Secretarial Auditor, and M/s. Neeta A & Associates were appointed for a term of five years. The Board also reviewed and revised the 'Code of conduct for prevention of insider trading'.
