Thrive Future Habitats Declares Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

Thrive Future Habitats Ltd announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, both on a standalone and consolidated basis. The Board of Directors also approved the convening of the 78th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 16, 2026. Significant changes in auditors were noted, with the resignation of M/s. Praveen & Madan as Statutory Auditors and M/s. Snehal Amol Phirange as Secretarial Auditor. The company has approved the appointment of M/s. J.C. Bhalla and Co. as new Statutory Auditors and M/s Neeta A & Associates as Secretarial Auditors to fill the casual vacancies. The Board also reviewed and revised the 'Code of conduct for prevention of insider trading'.
