Ador Welding Ltd has announced that Clarus Capital I, along with its persons acting in concert (PACs) including ClearEdge LLC, has acquired 5,027 shares. This purchase has resulted in their total shareholding crossing the 7% mark. Prior to this transaction, Clarus Capital I held 6.99% of the total diluted share capital, amounting to 12,15,821 shares. After the acquisition, their holding increased to 7.02%, totaling 12,20,848 shares. The acquisition was made through the purchase of fully paid equity shares with a face value of Rs. 10 each.
