Adroit Infotech Board to meet May 22 for FY26 Audited Results

Adroit Infotech Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will hold a meeting on Friday, May 22, 2026, at 4:00 PM. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the Board will discuss any other matters as deemed necessary. In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from April 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results.
