Adroit Infotech Limited, a NSE and BSE listed company, has entered into a non-binding share purchase agreement to acquire a US-based ERP solutions company as part of its inorganic growth strategy. Upon completion of the acquisition, Adroit's consolidated revenues and profits are expected to increase significantly. The US-based company specializes in Oracle EBS/Cloud Solutions, SAP Solutions, and Technology Staff Augmentation. This acquisition will enable Adroit to sell SAP solutions in the USA and Canada more aggressively and expand its presence in the medium and large industries segment.
