Adtech Systems Ltd Signs MoU with Sys-pro Gmbh for Joint Development and Marketing of RFID Products

Adtech Systems Ltd has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with M/s Sys-pro Gmbh, Germany for the joint development and marketing of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) products and solutions. The MoU, signed on 29th January 2025, will be valid for an initial period of 3 years. Both companies expect to benefit from the increasing RFID demand in India and UAE, driven by the introduction of performance-oriented and competitively priced RFID products and solutions. Sys-pro Gmbh may consider investing up to 10% in Adtech's equity capital, subject to regulatory compliances. The companies will collaborate in marketing, distribution, and sales of such products and exchange necessary information.
