Advait Energy Transitions Ltd has received an order from Powergrid Corporation of India Ltd (PGCIL) for the procurement of an Emergency Restoration System (ERS) suitable for up to 765kV AC/800KV. The order, valued at approximately 21,30,34,489.78 INR, was received on November 28, 2025, and is expected to be executed within 18 months. The order does not involve any related party transactions and there is no interest from the promoter/promoter group/group companies in PGCIL.
