Advance Agrolife Appoints Independent Director, Re-designates Whole-time Director

Advance Agrolife Limited held its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 18, 2026. During the AGM, Mr. Brijmohan Sharma (DIN:09646943) was appointed as an Independent Director. Additionally, Mr. Narendra Choudhary (DIN: 10410584) was re-designated as a Whole-time Director. The meeting also saw the adoption of audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and the re-appointment of Shri. Kedar Choudhary as a director retiring by rotation.
