Advance Lifestyles Ltd announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved the results, along with the Directors' Report, Report on Corporate Governance, and Secretarial Audit Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company also set September 22, 2026, as the date for its Thirty Seventh Annual General Meeting (AGM) and approved the appointment of M/s MSDS & Associates as scrutinizer and M/s. Bigshare Services Private Limited as e-voting agency for the AGM. The reappointment of Mr. Kashyap Gandhi was recommended.
